Join San Lorenzo co-owner and sommelier Peter Chiaravalle for an exclusive afternoon celebrating the wines and flavours of Italy.

Following a recent wine sourcing journey through some of Italy’s most renowned wine regions, Peter has personally selected a collection of exceptional wines to showcase at this special event. His travels took him deep into vineyards, wineries and regional dining experiences, discovering distinctive wines and building relationships with celebrated Italian producers.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated six-course set menu by Head Chef Nic, paired with nine Italian wines inspired by Peter’s travels and designed to beautifully complement each dish.
